Shipping Policy
Your order is incredibly important to us! (seriously, we need all the validation we can get!)
We strive to promptly process orders and ship them to you. That being said, please notify us as early as possibly if you are needing to cancel and/or change an order. Once an order is sent it will be subject to our Return Policy.

Return Policy
Due to the nature of collectibles, sealed product (items such as booster boxes and booster packs) and graded cards are not eligible for return. If there are any discrepancies with an order, such as damage or receiving the wrong items just simply let us know at BenandJoe@chasingbulktcg.com We will make every attempt to rectify the issue.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted before your order is fulfilled.
Please note that a non-refundable fee of 8% will be deducted from your refund to cover transaction and restocking costs.

Preorder Policy
We offer preorder options to secure high-demand collectible products, including trading cards, ahead of their official release. Preorders are a way for customers to reserve upcoming inventory from our distributor allocations.
Important Preorder Terms:

All Preorders Are Final and Nonrefundable
Due to the nature of the collectible industry and the uncertainties of distributor allocations, all preorders are final, nonrefundable, and non-exchangeable. This includes both fully paid preorders and preorders secured with a down payment. -
Down Payments
A down payment on a preorder is considered a binding intent to purchase an allocated product from distribution. As such, down payments are nonrefundable and non-exchangeable, regardless of changes in market value or personal circumstances. Please ensure you are fully committed before placing a preorder with a deposit. -
Allocations and Fulfillment
Distribution allocations are subject to change without notice, and as a result, we may not be able to fulfill all preorders. In such cases, orders will be fulfilled in the order in which they are received. If we are unable to fulfill your preorder, any payment made (including down payments) for the unfulfilled portion will be refunded. -
Release Dates and Shipping
Release dates are estimates provided by the manufacturer and may change without notice. Preorders will ship once inventory is received. Orders containing both in-stock and preorder items may be held until all items are available, unless separate shipping is requested (additional charges may apply). -
Order Adjustments and Cancellations
Preorders cannot be adjusted, canceled, or transferred once submitted. Please double-check your order before checkout. -
Pricing and Availability
Prices are guaranteed at the time of preorder. Market fluctuations after purchase will not affect your price, either up or down.
