Black Bolt and White Flare feature all 156 Pokémon originally introduced in the Unova region, with each Pokémon receiving a secret rare variant of Art Rare (AR) or higher. This expansion also reintroduces the fan-favorite Tinsel Holofoil pattern, known for its vibrant shimmer and textured aesthetic.
